Anti-Aging Exercises is a fitness programme designed to accommodate all ages and physical levels. The programme aims to activate the neuroplasticity ability of the brain and central nervous system by incorporating music as an instrumental tool to stimulate the body and mind. The simple exercises and movements can be done seated in a chair, next to a chair, or behind a chair. The easy to do exercise programme is suitable and beneficial for all ages: developmental for children, preventative for under 60’s and restorative for seniors. “It’s never too late to begin, and it’s never too early to start.” The use of natural and organic movements focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind and promote the three Rs of lifelong comfort and ease: the ability to respond, react and recover.
